Our solution
We took over holistic CloudOps and automation services and were responsible for the complete lifecycle operation of the IBM MQ infrastructure, including adjacent IT operations.

Central measures at a glance:
- Operation of server environments on RHEL distributions (including CentOS, AlmaLinux)- Administration and support of Linux-based applications such as DokuWiki, Graylog and GitLab
- Conception and control of automated deployment processes with Ansible and AWX
- Development of individual automation scripts in Bash, Python and Perl to reduce manual routine tasks
- Database management for PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch
- Monitoring and proactive incident management with checkMK
- Operation and maintenance of containerized infrastructures based on Docker and Kubernetes
- Implementation of security measures and system hardening in accordance with enterprise and compliance requirements (e.g. VAIT/DORA-compliant)
The consistent use of infrastructure as code, standardized deployments and automation reduced operational risks, accelerated processes and sustainably increased the stability of the IBM MQ environment.
